Hello, I’m Doug. Originally from Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe), later South Africa, I’ve called Perth home since 2008. I value family, the outdoors, walking our dog Archie on the beach, reading, exercise, good wine, and the occasional getaway. Professionally, I support my clients in achieving their business goals with clarity and confidence, helping them grow as individuals and gain far greater peace of mind.
I’ve had a blessed and varied work-life—wins, challenges, and many valuable lessons. I’m not a guru who hit endless home runs or made millions; I’m a practitioner who’s learned through experience. I’ve founded several significant ventures, each rewarding and challenging in different ways. Over 38 years, I’ve led large teams, implemented complex strategies, run substantial budgets, and advised countless clients. My roles include Director, Chairman, Compliance Officer, Strategist, Portfolio Manager, Analyst, Advisor, Coach, and Mentor. I’m strong across leadership, strategy, marketing, governance, M&A, financial management, negotiation, capital raising, and stakeholder management.
